Revolution: Alles wird gut!

Revolution: Alles wird gut!

There is a theatre play.
It is about the world.

The project is called: Revolution: Everything Will Be Fine!

It is a theatre play.
It is documentary.

This means:
It is based on real stories.

What is it about in general?

The project asks:
Who changes the world for the better?
Who gives the first push?

The play shows people
who do not only talk.
They take action.

It gives courage.
It shows positive examples.

What is it about exactly?

The Brachland Ensemble looked for people around the world.
These people have new ideas.
They want to solve problems.

These people are called:
practical possibility-makers.

Their stories are told on stage.
Some people appear live.
For example through video.

The play also shows:
There are many bad news stories in the media.
This creates fear.
It makes people feel unsure.

The project asks:
Is the world really only bad?
Or do we only see a small part of it?

Besides the theatre play, there is a short version.
This version is called: Lecture.
It is for two people.
It is also for schools.
It can also take place online.

The world premiere was in 2017.
The place was Theatre Aachen.

The concept and direction were by
Dominik Breuer
and Gunnar Seidel.

The project was created with several theatres
and the State Agency
for Civic Education NRW.

It was supported by many foundations.
The German UNESCO Commission
also supported the project.
